| 摘 要： | 针对湘钢炼铁厂180 m2烧结机主风机(从英国豪顿公司引进)存在的问题,提出了在线修复和转子国产化的解决方案。本文介绍了风机转子国产化实施过程中遇到的设计、安装等问题及其解决办法,试运行过程的调整,投入运行一段时间后的测试,总结了风机转子国产化后实施的效果。

| Abstract: | In view of the problems of the main exhauster fan(imported from English Howden company) for 180m2 sinter machine of Xiangsteel iron-making plant,the solution of on-line restoration and rotor localization was put forward.The design and installation problems encountered during implementation process of fan rotor localization and their solutions,the adjustment during test run,the test after a period of operation etc were presented in the paper,and the effect of fan rotor localization implementation was summarized. |
