低硅条件下碱度对烧结矿强度的影响

摘    要:在采用低硅烧结技术进行生产时,由于粘结相总量的减少导致烧结矿强度下降,严重时不能直接人炉冶炼,大大限制了低硅烧结技术的发展。本研究从低硅烧结矿的显微结构及矿物组成出发,研究碱度对烧结矿强度的影响。最后确定出硅含量为4.0的烧结矿的最佳碱度值应为2.4。
