摘    要:降低烧结矿中SiO2质量分数对高炉冶炼降低渣量至关重要.通过对包钢区内精矿再磨再选,提高铁品位,降低w(SiO2)进行分析,认为低硅烧结是未来发展的趋势,探索低硅烧结是非常必要的.

Abstract:Lowering the content of SiO2 in sintered ore is a key point to reduce slag in blast furnace metallurgy. Analysis on increasing the iron grade and decreasing the content of SiO2 through regrinding and redressing of ore concentrate from Inner Mongolia is made in this paper and the conclusion is that low silicon sintering is a trend and study on it is very necessary.
