摘    要:文章介绍了步进式加热炉炉底水管包扎料结构特点,针对炉底水管温度较高、温度梯度较大、承重运动、碰撞频繁导致包扎料容易受损的现状,提出强化薄弱环节、改进施工工艺、严格烘炉曲线、控制初期生产强度等应对措施,实践表明,解决了困扰多年的技术难题,取得明显的社会效益和经济效益.

Abstract:In the paper,it is introduced the structural characteristics of packing materials for waterpipes at bottom of walking beam furnace. Aim at the present situations that the higher temperature of waterpipes at bottom of walking beam furnace, greater temperature gradient, bearing movement and frequent collision could cause the packing materials to be damaged, the relative measures that enhance weak links, improve construction technologies, make strict curves of ovens and contrel initial production strength are proposed. The practices prove that the technical difficulties for many years have been solved as well as the social and economic benefits are remarkable.
