摘    要:介绍包钢在连铸坯热送热装采取的措施及取得的成绩,为将来进一步扩大热送热装工艺奠定了基础.连铸坯热送热装直接轧制技术具有大幅度降低能耗,缩短产品的生产工艺流程,改善产品质量,提高金属收得率,节约投资,减轻工人劳动强度等优点.

Abstract:Having made a foundation for further extending the transferring and hot charging process, the measures and its achievements on hot transferring and hot charging for the CC-slab production in Baotou Steel (Group) Corporation recent years are introduced in this paper. This technology has the advantages of significant low energy consumption, shot technological process, improved product quality, high metal yield, low investment and low physical labor strength and so on.
