Applications of Emotional Management in Library Works

In the paper,it is analyzed the significances of emotional management in the library works through resuming it as well as combining with the reader services in libraries and encouraging the librarians.Moreover,it is put forward some specific measures on integrating it into the library works and pointed out that economizing it could not only serve readers better but also effectively stimulate the work enthusiasm of librarians so as to make the utilization of resources of library maximum.
