铁矿选厂尾矿综合利用研究

近年来,随着我国钢铁产量的增加,铁矿选矿过程排放的尾矿量呈逐年显著递增趋势,铁选尾矿再开发利用了成为铁矿山资源开发的一项重要任务。文章以某尾砂综合利用项目为实例,论述了铁矿选厂尾砂再选铁精矿以及剩余尾砂生产免烧砖工艺方法及经济效益,指出了铁矿选厂尾砂今后主要综合利用方向。

Study on Comprehensive Utilizations of Tailings in Mineral Processing Plant

In recent years, with the increase of iron and steel output in our country, the amount of tailings in the process of iron ore beneficiation is increased remarkably year by year, so the exploitation of railings is a ma：in task for developing the mine resources. In the article, the technologies and economic benefits for reconcentration of railings and producing the non - burnt bricks with residual tailings are discussed by taking a project for comprehensive utilizations of tailings as an example as well as the main direction for it in Mineral Processing Plant in future is pointed out.
