摘    要:步进梁式加热炉液压站当初设计为节省空间,将其安装在再加热炉炉底,环境温度非常高,地下液压站散发出的热量不能及时排出。轧钢过程中液压站连续工作,出现高温现象,温度高的时候液压油粘度小,经常出现液压缸泄露,液压缸液压阀严重内泄。同时加重发热量,形成恶性循环。现有的板式冷却器不能维持温度平衡,文章针对液压站高温和冷却器设计不合理进行分析并做出相应改造,经过改造后不但解决了液压站高温的问题,并且有效的提高了冷却器的利用率。

Abstract:The hydraulic pressure station of walking beam type furnace was originally designed to be installed at the bottom of the reheating furnace to save space ,but the ambient temperature is very high so that the heat thrown off from the underground hydraulic pressure station cannot be exhausted. The hydraulic pressure station continuously works in the rolling process so that the temperature is so high that the viscosity of hydraulic oil is low. As a resuh,the hydraulic cylinder often leaks out and hydraulic valve is with serious internal leakage as well as the heating power is increased so that a vicious cycle is formed, while the existing plate cooler cannot keep the temperature balance. In the paper, it is analyzed the unreasonable design of cooler and the high temperature in hydraulic pressure station as well as introduced the relative reform. With the re- form, not only the problem of high temperature in hydraulic pressure station is solved, but also the utilization rate of cooler is effectively improved.
