摘    要:兴澄特钢采用电炉冶炼-LF炉外精炼-VD真空脱气-连铸-连轧短流程工艺路线开发生产XJY850高强度精密地质管用钢。采用热装铁水和优质废钢合理配料,精炼强化脱氧、连铸保护浇注、电磁搅拌等技术,生产出了残余元素含量低、氧含量低、非金属夹杂物少、晶粒细小、性能优良的地质管钢。

Development of XJY850 Steel for Geological Pipe

Abstract:XJY850 steel for sophisticated high-strength geological pipe has been developed and produced in Xingcheng Special Steel by the following short flow process:EAF+LF+VD+CC+Hot-rolled.Proper batch feeder of hot iron and high-quality scrap,strengthening deoxidation,proective casting,electromagnetic stirring and so on have been used.Therefore,XJY850 steel products have low residual element content,low oxygen content,little non-metallic inclusion,high grain grade,and good mechanical property.
