酒钢设备管理信息化系统的建设

目前，酒钢的设备管理等9大职能不但分属于各自不同部门，而且人工化管理程度较重，导致设备信息透明度低、共享性差，各级设备管理人员很难准确了解及掌握设备实际状况，弱化了设备管理的经济效益。实现设备管理从注重设备的维修阶段向全生命周期设备管理的转变，关键是建立以计算机为基础的设备信息化管理系统，理顺设备管理流程，解决职责不分、权责不明的问题；以满足各级设备管理技术人员的基本工作需求，有利于降低设备资金投入，提高设备利用率和企业的经济效益。

At present, 9 functions in the equipment management not only belongs to different department respectively, but also have characteristics of heavy artificial management which caused the low information transparency of equipments and worse sharing, so different level staffs in charge of equipments are very hard to know and grasp the practical conditions of the equipments accurately which weakened the economical benefits of equipment management. In order to realize the transition of equipment managemen from caring for the maintaining stage to the full life cycle stage, the key is to establish equipment information management system based on computers, straighten out the equipment management process, solve the questions that duty is not divided and indistinct through which the basic working demands of different level staffs in charge of equipments can be met, equipment investment can be decreased, rate of equipment utilization and economical benefits of enterprise can be increased.
