摘    要:介绍了当今钢铁企业对钢材最小压缩比的规定,并分析了随着炼钢浇注及轧制技术的进步,压缩比可以逐步减小。本文通过对攀钢连铸坯45#轧材检验结果进行分析,以及根据攀钢连铸坯碳合结轧材近140000t无力学性能质量外事异议情况,总结出其压缩比达到3.39时,产品可达到国家优质钢材标准的要求;当连铸坯的纯净度相当好时,压缩比为2.28亦能满足国家标准要求。

Abstract:This paper introduced the minimum compression ratio of steel specified by present steel and iron enterprises, analyzed that compression ratio could be reduced step by step with improvement of pouring and rolling technologies. Based on analysis of test results of 45 # rolled steels from concasting billets produced by Pangang Group and excellent mechanical properties of 14000 ton carbon alloy structural rolled steels produced from concasting billets by pangang Group, this paper summarized that when compression ratio reached 3.39, products could meet the requirements of national standard for quality steel, when cleanness of concasting billets was pretty good, 2.28 of compression ratio also could meet the requirements of national standard.
