| 摘 要： | 讨论了在预焙铝电解槽上应用模糊控制、模糊专家系统等智能控制几个问题，如策略动态修改、控制参数自修正、专家系统规则自优化等，并对传统的工艺控制观念进行了分析和更新。将这些智能控制技术应用在贵州铝厂138台186kA预焙铝电解槽的系列生产控制上，取得了良好的效果。 |

| Abstract: | To discuss some problems of intelligent control (fuzzy control and fuzzy expert system) applied to the prebaked cells ,such as dynamic modification of strategy, self-modification of control parameters, self-optimization of expert rules etc. The traditional technic control concepts are analysed and updated . By applying the intelligent technology in the 186 kA prebaked cells (total 138 cells) of Guizhou Aluminium Factory, we have gained better control effects. |
