| 摘 要： | 介绍宝钢新建的１５８０热轧厂加热炉控制系统。该加热炉控制系统采用目前世界上先进的光缆通信、炉子自动燃烧控制模型（ＡＣＣ），实现对钢温的精确控制，并通过模型中参数的调整，实现对不同规格板坯的优化加热。

| Abstract: | To present the control system of reheat furnaces in Baosteel newly-built 1580 hot rolling mill. In the system, advanced optical fiber cable communication and automatic combustion control mathematics model are adopted to realize the precise control of slab temperature. Meanwhile, it also can implement the optimum heating of varied specification slab, based on the adjustment of parameters in the model. |
