高压溶出系统计算机应用软件移植

摘    要:简单介绍了皋尔法高压溶出工艺流程、用计算机内部模块实现RP^1]控制框图的物理意义及RP控制中的数学模型。该控制系统在氧化铝生产中的地位十分重要,是国内外氧化铝行业多年攻关项目,我厂科技人员在原来引进的基础上,通过新老计算机系统的更换,对原来的应用软件进行消化及部分改进,做到了工艺生产在新、老系统交替中安全过渡。还介绍了系统的硬件组态及新、老系统之间的差异,以控制实例阐述了新、老系统软件转化中的关键。

Abstract:The process of Bayer high pressure digestion, the physical meaning of realizing RP control block diagram by computer internal module and the mathematical model in RP control are briefly introduced. This control system, which plays an important role in alumina production, is the key item in alumina industry at home and abroad. On the basis of original import, our technical personnel have made the safe transition for process production by replacing the old computer system and partially modifying the original application software. The hardware configuration of the system and the differences between the old system and the new one are also introduced. The key to the conversion from the old software to the new one is explained by example.
