鞍钢高炉铜冷却壁操作炉型管理系统的开发与实现

摘    要:在集成了PLC、DSC、OPC数据采集、数据库技术、串口隔离技术、异步通信技术、Web显示技术、传热计算技术等手段的基础上,开发出一套完整的高炉铜冷却壁操作炉型管理系统。在高炉与主控室之间建立起一条高速铜冷却壁操作炉型信息通道,设计三级预警机制,使工作人员在高炉主控室就可以有效地监测高炉高热负荷区内的炉型,保证高炉炉况稳定顺行并且长寿。

Abstract:An integrated operating profile management system for copper cooling wall of blast furnace was developed in Ansteel,based on PLC control,DSC control,OPC data collection,database technique,serial port insulation technique,asynchronous communication technique,Web display technique,heat transmission calculation and so on.A high speed information channel of copper cooling wall operating profile was built between blast furnace and main control room.3-level predicting alarm function was designed,so furnace profile of high heat load region in blast furnace can be monitored effectively in main control room.Thus,long campaign life and stability of blast furnace were achieved.
