摘    要:轧辊偏心是高精度冷轧机厚度控制不能忽视的问题。带钢轧制是一个复杂的非线性过程,带钢原料性质、处理量变化等也会导致过程模型发生变化。本文提出一种基于重复控制进行偏心补偿,鲁棒PID控制器对模型不确定性不敏感的带钢厚度控制系统。仿真结果证明系统具有良好的跟随和抗扰性能,表明这种混合控制方法有一定的适用性。

Abstract:Roll eccentricity is a problem not to be ignored for strip gauge control in high accuracy cold rolling mill.Strip rolling is a complicated nonlinear process.If strip material property or processing variable value is changed,process model will be changed.A kind of strip gauge control system is presented based on repetitive control and robust PID.Repetitive control can make compensation for roll eccentricity and robust PID controller is not sensitive to uncertainty of model.Simulation result proves that this system has good follow and anti-interference performance,thus this hybrid control method has a certain applicability.
