| 摘 要： | 从市场竞争和价值链角度讨论了流程行业企业信息化中MES功能的确定,总结了面向企业效益的MES需要考虑的信息准确及时、流程规范、工具利用、管理创新等关键点,给出了实施MES应遵循的成熟度分析方法以及信息集成、事务处理和制造智能3个阶段。

| Abstract: | The orientation of MES in the process industry information system is discussed from the viewpoint of market competing and value chain.To improve enterprise benefit,some key points,induding accurate and timely information,norm work process,tools utilization and management innovation,should be considered in MES.Based on the MES maturation model,three necessary stages,including information integration,business processing and manufacturing intelligence processes,should be experienced for a successful process industry MES. |
