According to the character of oil-burning annealing furnace, intelligent controller uses production knowledge structure expression so as to program the knowledge and experience of technicians and operators arid to combine conventional control technique with intelligent control. Since the control system was put into service, operation results show that the output response is fast, overshoot is small and accuracy is high. So, it is suitable for actual industrial process control.
