摘    要:基于TMS320F2812数字信号处理器设计了低压交流伺服驱动器。设计过程中,通过在主回路采取分布电容滤波、多路MOSFET并联等措施,克服了逆变器母线低电压供电带来的输出电流大,电流中谐波成分大,相对电压损耗高等技术难点。实验证明,该产品可行,并具有同310 V供电交流伺服驱动器同等的技术指标。

Abstract:Hardware and software of a low voltage AC servo drive based on TMS320F2812 digital signal processor were designed.In main circuit,distributed capacitor filting and multi-MOSFET parallel connection were adopted,so that some technology difficulties caused by low voltage input of converter,such as high output current and high harmonic,were overcome.It is testified that design of the low voltage AC servo drive is feasible,and designed low voltage AC servo drive reaches equal technical specification with AC servo drive supplied by DC 310V.
