| 摘 要： | 为了改善连铸机铸坯质量，提高自动化生产作业率，中冶赛迪电气技术有限公司自主研发了基于滑动水口机构的圆方坯连铸机中间包与结晶器钢水液位控制系统。系统通过对滑板开度的调节，达到稳定中间包和结晶器钢水液位的目的。本文在介绍系统设备构成的基础上，分析了西门子S5系列PLC升级为S7系统后的软件控制原理。升级改造后，双闭环调节的结晶器液位控制精度与国外专业公司相当。目前国内连铸机特别是小方坯和和圆坯连铸机暂无自主研发的基于滑动水口机构的液位控制系统，本文中相关原理分析对国内同类连铸机滑动水口系统升级改造有借鉴意义。
