摘    要:针对宝山钢铁股份有限公司不锈钢事业部1780mm热连轧机在厚度控制中遇到的厚度波动问题,通过优化机架间除鳞换热系数、钢种层别判定标准、AGC控制参数等措施,显著提高了带钢厚度控制精度,明显减少了在线及下游工序的厚度余材量,取得了较好效果。

Abstract:In order to solve the thickness variation problem encountered in thichness control of 1 780 mm hot strip mill of Stainless Steel Division of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.,a solution including optimizing the heat transfer coefficient between the racks,decision of steel layer,AGC control parameters and other measures,is proposed.It significantly improved the accuracy of strip thickness control,reduced the thickness more than the amount of material of line and downstream processes,and achieved good results.
