摘    要:采用实验的方法研究了铝钛硼、过量硅、稀土、AlTiBRE中间合金以及热处理方式对6063铝合金强度的影响,并分析了其内部机理。研究表明,铝钛硼的含量,稀土的多少,AlTiBRE中间合金的加入以及热处理工艺对其强度均有影响。最后,在分析实验结果的基础上找到了提高强度的方法与途径。

Abstract:This text studied in experiment the factors of AlTiB,excessive Si,rare-earth AlTiBRE and quenching way,which influence the intention of 6063 Aluminum alloy.Also,the inner machanism was discussed.The research show that the amount of AlTiB,RE AlTiBRE and the crafts of heat treatment have influence on intention.In the end,on base of analysis experiment result,it finds out the way to improve intention.
