| Abstract: | Technical requirement and process characteristics of large 6005A aluminum alloy profiles are emphasized in the paper.The key techniques,such as its chemical composition,melting and casting,extrusion and heat treatment processes and its optimization are studied by test.It lays a technical foundation for the production of large aluminum alloy profiles for vehicles in large batch scale. |
