AlMgSi0.7合金的热处理特性研究

摘    要:研究了AlMgSi0.7合金挤压型材在不同挤压温度、速度和淬火方式下组织和性能的变化规律,通过淬火延迟试验,摸拟了不同在线淬火条件,研究了合金挤压后的淬火延迟时间内型材性能的变化规律.结果表明,较高的出口温度和冷却速度可以明显提高T5型材的性能,水雾淬火型材性能比所有的风冷淬火型材性能高.型材强度性能随挤压后的淬火延迟时间的延长而大幅度降低,淬火延迟时间应控制在1分钟以内.

Abstract:A paper has study on texture and properties changing laws of AlMgSi0. 7 Alloy extruding profiles on different extrusion temperiture, speed and quenching with modueled different quenching condition on line, by delaying quenching Test. Properties changing laws of profiles has been studied in times of delaying quenching. It's result that property of T5 profiles has been program with higher exist temperiture and higher cool seed. Properties of quenching profiles with fine spray is better than with wind cool. Delaying time should control in one miniute because profile's properties would reduce much more with quenching delaying time prolonging.
