摘    要:氟碳铈矿纯碱焙烧低酸浸出,在还原条件下直接用盐酸浸出制取工业氯化稀土。如常规浸出和还原浸出分别进行,则可从精矿开始直接制取富镧氯化稀土和工业级纯铈及其化合物。适用REO>36%的重、浮选精矿。

Abstract:The reductive extraction method of bastnasite baked by sodium carbonate and low acidity HCI leaching for making rare earth chloride is reported. Rich lanthanum rare earth chloride and industrial purity cerium oxide or compounds can be made by acid leaching under normal and reductive condition,respectively. Either gravitive or floating dressing bastnasite concentrate with REO>36% can also be processed by the reported method.
