摘    要:本文采用晶间合金化工艺将合金元素Mo和Al直接引入烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体晶间区域,改变晶间区域的合金体系和显微组织,以达到提高磁体矫顽力的目的.实验结果表明Mo在低温时效过程中可抑制晶间富Nd相与主相之间的平衡转变,使晶界区域析出细小二次主相晶粒,使矫顽力提高.

Abstract:In this paper,Mo and Al alloying element were introduced into the intergranular region of sintered Nd-Fe-B by intergranular alloying technique to modify the alloy system and microstructure and thus enhance the coercivity of magnets.The results show the equilibrium transformation between the main phase and Nd-rich phase could be depressed by Mo addition,resluting in the precipitation of fine second main phase grain,the coercivity can be enhanced.
