摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了Ni0.4Co0.24Zn0.36LaxFe2-xO4铁氧体,利用XRD和微波网络矢量分析仪对其相成分和吸收特性进行研究,实验发现:适量掺杂镧时能够增大吸收频带宽度,改善吸收性能;当x =0.07时,最大吸收可达38.55dB,几乎在整个频段内吸收量都大于15dB,这非常有利于作为高频吸波材料.通过对Ni0.4Co0.24Zn0.36La0.07Fe1.93O4铁氧体烧结温度的分析,发现在1000℃烧结,晶粒只有80nm左右,吸收性能最好.

Abstract:Ni_(0.4)Co_(0.24)Zn_(0.36)La_xFe_(2-x)O_4 ferrite was prepared by sol -gel method.The crystal structure and microwave absorption properties were analyzed by XRD and microwave vector network analyzer.The results indicate that doping appropriate amount of rare earth lanthanum can increase absorbing band width and improve absorbing properties.When x is 0.07,the highest absorption value reaches 38.55dB,and the absorption value reaches more than 15dB almost in all frequency band which is beneficial to high frequ...
