摘    要:报导了以诱导共沉积的方法,制取了非晶结构的Ni-P-Y合金材料;并通过正电子湮没技术对该材料的缺陷作了研究;指出缺陷是该类材料结构发生变化及性能改善的根本原因。

Abstract:Ni P Y amorphous alloy is obtained by the method of induced codeposition.An investigation on the imperfect state is made by using positron annhilation technique.It is pointed out that the imperfect state is an important factor in the structure change and characteristic improvement of rare earth amorphous alloy.
