| 摘 要： | 按照不同的供水范围和目标分析，南水北调西线第一期工程调水40亿m^3，产生的可定量计算的直接经济效益为248．01亿元，其中城镇供水经济效益，生态环境供水经济效益（含黄河干流补水经济效益），水力发电经济效益分别为200，17．40，30．87亿元，根据不同的测算条件分析得出，调入黄河干流的水成本价为0．7－1．0元／m^3.
