| 摘 要： | 分析了沈阳市水利信息化建设现状及存在的问题,如信息化基础设施薄弱、业务应用系统建设规范性较差、技术标准和资源共享机制建设滞后、水利信息化建设与管理体制需要改进等.从信息基础设施建设、重点项目建设、保障环境建设三方面提出了水利信息化建设的总体思路,并从信息基础设施、综合数据库、业务应用和保障环境四方面展望了2018年沈阳市水利信息化建设的目标.

| Abstract: | In order to improve the water informationalization building,the paper analyzed its present status and problems in Shenyang,then proposed the general idea of water informationalization builing through information infrastructure construction,major project construction and environmental safeguard construction.Based on the information infrastructure,comprehensive database,service application and environmental safeguard,the paper prospects the goals of Shenyang water informationalization builing in 2018. |
