“数字黄河”工程建设的现状与未来发展

经过10年的研究和开发,数字黄河工程的信息基础设施、应用服务平台、应用系统已初步建成。信息基础设施主要包括通信传输、计算机网络、数据采集、数据存储管理、高性能计算平台等;应用服务平台由部署在黄委信息中心、水文局、水资源保护局等的节点构成;业务应用系统主要包括防汛减灾、水资源管理与调度、水资源保护、水土保持生态环境监测、工程建设与管理、电子政务等系统。未来5～10年数字黄河工程的发展重点是:加强通信网络及信息安全建设、完善数据采集体系和存储管理与共享体系、建设黄河数学模拟系统、完善业务应用系统、建立综合决策会商及应急响应指挥系统、完善保障环境等。
