摘    要:黄河中游水土保持生态工程科学试验系统建设是一项长期性的基础工作,涉及到水土保持试验研究的长远总体规划和对科学试验系统在宏观布 局上的调整与完善,关系到黄河水土保持生态环境工程和“三条黄河”工程建设的顺利实施,针对现状和存在问题,从原型研究和模型研究两个基本方向上提出了建立中心实验室和完善原有试验基地的科学试验系统布局方案,中心实验室的重点是单元模型实验,小流域模型实验和植物组培实验,试验基地以水土流失监测和水土保持技术试验为主。

Abstract:The establishment of ecological engineering test system of soil and water conservation of the middle Yellow River is a long-term basic work, involving a long-range overall planning of soil and water conservation test and study and readjustment and improvement in macrostudy on ecological engineering test system of soil and water conservation of the Yellow River layout of scientific test system and concerning the successful implementation of an ecological and environmental project of soil and water conservation of the Yellow River and construction of "Three Yellow River" projects. The paper has put forward a plan for establishing a central laboratory and improving the existing layout of scientific test system of experimental base in accordance with the present status, existing problems and two basic orientation of prototype and model studies. The focal point of the central laboratory is to conduct tests of element model (gully and slope) , small watersheds model and plant tissue culturing. The testing base gives priority to soil and water loss monitoring and soil and water conservation technical tests.
