西线南水北调对黄河干流的减淤作用研究

摘    要:南水北调西线工程通过向黄河河道内配置部分水量,进入黄河干流的水沙调控体系,经干流水库的联合调度,进行全河调水调沙,可塑造协调的水沙过程。由水量配置方案,利用建立的输沙关系推算相应的设计沙量,结果表明:按西线调水向河道内配置水量35亿m3,宁蒙河道、小北干流河道和黄河下游河道分别减淤为0.35亿、0.30亿t和0.27亿t。

Abstract:Through allocating partial flow to the Yellow River and joining the flow and sediment regulation and control system of the main river,the West Route of South North Water Transfer Project can create balanced silt-discharge process through integrated regulation of reservoirs on the main river and a regulated discharge regime of the river.It calculates the relevant designed sediment by using the established sediment transport relations based on a water allocation plan.The results show that if the allocated water from the project is 3.5 billion m3,the sediment reduction in Ning-Mong section,Xiaobeigangliu and the lower Yellow River will be 35 million,30 million and 27 million tons respectively.
