| 摘 要： | 南水北调西线工程已形成从通天河调水80亿m^3，雅砻江调水50亿m^3,雅砻江，大渡河支流联合引水40亿m^3的总体布局，第一期工程为达曲－贾曲联合自流方案，规划从雅砻江，大渡河5条支流调水40亿m^3，工程由“五坝七洞一渠”组成，线路总长260km，在2010年左右开工，以解决黄河水资源不足的问题。 |
