| 摘 要： | 根据黄河供水地区的经济发展情况和水资源利用现状，依据我国经济发展的总体战略布局和有关政策，结合流域内和下游沿黄地区的土地与矿产资源条件，对２０１０年和２０３０年水平黄河供水地区与南水北调西线工程受水区的水资源供需状况进行了分析预测，论述了黄河供水地区与南水北调西线工程受水区的水资源短缺程度，为国家决策南水北调西线工程的上马提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Water resource demands and supply in the Yellow River water supply areas and water accepted regions of western line project of water diversion from the Yangtze river into the Yellow River are analyzed and predicted for 2010 and 2030 on the basis of economic development and water resource utilization situations in the areas and according with national economical development strategy, distribution and relative policies, and combining with the conditions of farmland and mineral resources in the basin and lower reach areas. Water resource shortage degree in the mentioned areas are discussed, which provide reference for decision making in starting the western line project of water diversion. |
