摘    要:通过正交试验方法,研究了渠道衬砌混凝土水胶比、粉煤灰和纤维掺量对其抗压强度、抗折强度及劈裂抗拉强度的影响规律。试验结果表明:水胶比是影响混凝土抗压、抗折及劈裂抗拉强度的主要因素;粉煤灰掺量为15%时混凝土抗压强度达到最大值,粉煤灰对混凝土抗折及抗拉强度的影响较小;纤维掺量对混凝土抗折及劈裂抗拉强度的影响仅次于水胶比,且掺量越大获得的抗折及劈裂抗拉强度越高。

Experimental Study on the Mechanical Properties of the Concrete of Canal Lining

Abstract:Compressive strength,flexural strength and split tensile strength of the concrete of canal lining was studied and the effect of influencing factors including water-binder ratio,the content of fly ash and fibers had been analyzed by the means of orthogonal test method.The results show that water-binder ratio has mostly impact on the strength of concrete.Compressive strength of the concrete gets maximum value when 15% content of fly ash,but it has little effect on the flexural strength and split tensile strength of the concrete.Fiber content has large impact on flexural and splitting tensile strength next only to the water-binder ratio,and flexural and splitting tensile strength of concrete increase with the increase of the fiber content.
