2003年黄河调水调沙试验

摘    要:2003年的黄河调水调沙试验开始于9月6日9时,至9月18日18时30分结束,历时12.4天。通过以小浪底水库为主的四库联合调水调沙,有效地利用小浪底一花园口区间的清水,与小浪底水库下泄的高含沙水流进行水沙“对接”。在试验过程中,采取了陆浑水库适时调控、故县水库控泄运用,尽量拉长、稳定小花问的流量过程,以利于小浪底水库配沙;以小浪底水库的实时水沙调控,稳定花园口站水沙过程的调度方式。通过前期实测资料分析、数学模型计算和实体模型试验,紧紧围绕这次调水调沙试验的主要目标,控制花园口流量2400m3/s、含沙量30kg/m3。这次调水调沙试验使下游主河槽过流能力得到进一步恢复,下游河道总冲刷量0.456亿t,全河段大都发生了冲刷,从而为今后实施水库多目标调度、兼顾各方面效益积累了新的经验。

Abstract:The water and sediment regulation test in 2003 started at 9:00 a.m. on Sept. 6 and completed at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 18, lasting 12.4 days. It effectively utilizes the clear water of Xiaolangdi-Huayuankou reach to "dock" with hyper-sediment concentrated water released from the Xiaolangdi Reservoir through 4-reservoir joint operation and taking the Xiaolangdi Reservoir as the main. During the test, it adopts the operational mode of timely regulation and control of Luhun Reservoir, controlling discharge and trying to extend and stabilize the discharge hydrograph of Xiao-Hua reach by Guxian Reservoir and stabilize the process of water and sediment of Huayuankou Station through real time regulation and control of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir. It controls discharge 2 400 m 3/s and sediment concentration 30 kg/m 3 at Huayuankou Station, based on the observed data analysis, mathematical model calculation and physical model tests at early stages and closely focusing on the main objective of water and sediment regulation test. Through the test, the flowing capacity of the channel on the lower reaches has been further recovered, 45.6 million tons of sediment washed in the lower channel and majority sections scoured. It has accumulated new experiences on multi-objective regulation of reservoir and giving considerations to the benefits of various aspects in the future.
