泥沙管道输送试验系统的研制及分析

摘    要:为更好地服务于泥沙疏浚工程,研制了泥沙水力输送试验系统,并对不同体积浓度泥沙输送时的阻力特性进行了试验。结果表明:该试验系统设计合理,测量数据准确,可模拟实际工况;泥沙体积浓度较低时,管道的水头损失基本上随着速度的提高单调增大;体积浓度较高时,流速先降低再提高,在临界流速附近存在起伏。

Abstract:In order to offer better service for sediment dredging engineering,sediment transport in pipelines experimental system had been designed,then used to study the flow resistance of the sediment transport at different volume concentration.The results show that the system is reasonable,which can be used to simulate actual conditions;the test data is accurate and reliable;when volume concentration is low,the head loss of sediment increases monotonous basically with the increase of speed;when volume concentration is high,head loss decreases firstly and increases later.There are ups and downs in the vicinity of the critical velocity.
