| 摘 要： | 根据黄河干支流已建水电站的实际统计资料，分析计算敢黄河流域已建水电站的经济效益，并定性地分析了水忆开发的社会环境效益。分析结果表明，黄河流域水电事业的发展，不仅具有巨大的发电经济效益。在电网的调峰、调频、安全经济运行发挥了很大的作用，而且为流域内社会经济发展作了贡献。

| Abstract: | Based on the statistics of data of established hydropower stations in branches and stem of the Yellow River, the economic effects of the stations are calculated and analysed in the paper, and so do qualitively the social and environmental effects of hydropower development. The analysis demonstrates that there are not only tremendous economic effectiveness of power generation for the development of hydropower course in the Yellow River basin which have played a very important role in peak modulation, frequency modulation and safe and economical operation in the power network, but also made a great contribution to the development of society and economics in the basin. |
