摘    要:三门峡水利枢纽从1989年起汛期进行浑水发电试验,优化汛期调度运用。最近几年汛期,在深入分析进出库水沙变化和冲淤情况的基础上,合理地进行了水沙调节。汛期发电与排沙分阶段运用,洪水多沙期降低水位泄洪排沙,恢复库容;平水期控制305m水位发电,入库泥沙经坝前空水段分选,出库泥沙减少,颗粒细化,过机水流减沙效果更为显著。选择适当时机排沙3~4天,全水淤积物可全部清出库外,库容恢复后调沙效果进一步提高。回水末端以上河道不受空水影响,河床冲刷继续发展。

Abstract:With purpose of optimized the dispatching operation in flood seasons, the experiment for power generation by using sediment contained flow in flood seasons is started in 1989 at Sanmenxia hydraulic key project. Sediment and water flow have been reasonably regulated in recent years on the basis of deep analysis of the reservoir inflow and sediment and silt.The practice showed that the sediment reduction effect of the flow through the turbines is more evident if the power generation in flood seasons is separated from sediment drainage in dtherent stages, i. e, lowering water level to deliver sediment and recover reservoir capacity while in noods with high sediment content; and controlling the water level at 305 m to power generation in normal nood durati0n while the flowing-in sediment would be fine in size owing to separaion in front of the dam by dammed water and thus sediment flow out the reservoir is reduced. It is possible clear all the silt by darnmed water of a proper duration of 3 to 4 days is available, then the recovering storage capacity will further enhance the sediment regulation effect.there will be continuous channel erosion in the upper reaches of dammed backwater limit because there are out of the influence of dammed water.
