| 摘 要： | 西北地区国产水资源总量为1563．1亿m^3，其中黄河流域部分水资源总量为511．9亿m^3内陆河水资源总量为1051．2亿m^3；地表水资源量1428．2亿m^3，地表水与地下水之间不重复的地下水资量为134．9亿m^3。西部水资源的分布不均匀，降雨受地形影响，形成了多个闭合圈。

| Abstract: | The water resources are the keys in the social development of the northwest region. The total volume of water resources calculated is 156. 31 billion m3 in the northwest region, in which the total volume of water re- sources calculated is 51. 19 billion m3 in the Yellow River basin, the total volume of water resources is 105. 12 billion m3 in the continental river. The volume of surface water resources is 142. 82 billion m3 , the volume of ground water resources nonrepeated between surface water and ground water is 13. 49 billion in3. Because the distribution of water resources in the northwest is not uniform, the precipitation is effected by landform, and a few closed circles are formed. |
