水库防洪调度模糊迭代方法及应用

摘    要:多目标水库防洪调度目标的权重确定一直是实际防洪调度中的难点,本文提出了根据决策者推荐的多个满意方案,用以同时确定目标的权重和方案隶属度的水库防洪调度的模糊迭代方法。由于决策者的意图隐含在推荐的方案中,排序结果更为合理和客观,同时避免了实际工作中确定权重的困难,与强大人机交互系统为一体,可显著提高决策效率。

Abstract:A fuzzy iteration methodology, which gives the objective weight and the relative membership degree of alternative at the same time, is presented in this paper. Since the weight and relative membership degree are directly obtained from the recommended alternatives supplied by decision makers, the results are more reasonable and realistic and the difficulty of weights determination can be avoided. Based on strong and flexible decision making support system, the effectiveness of decision making is improved.
