海河流域水资源承载能力演变分析

摘    要:在总结众多研究成果的基础上,明确了水资源承载能力的定义和内涵,提出了一个物理概念清晰、简单实用的水资源承载能力计算模型.并以海河流域为对象,应用该计算模型对海河流域近20年来的水资源承载能力演变进行了分析,结果表明,海河流域水资源整体上处于持续超载状态,且超载度呈现上升趋势;同时根据预测模型的计算,对海河流域未来水资源承载能力进行了趋势分析,并提出了提高海河流域承载能力的途径.

Abstract:Based on the research findings of predecessors the definition and connotation of water resources carrying capacity are investigated and a model for calculating this capacity is proposed. The model is applied to analyze the water resources carrying capacity evolution of Haihe River basin in last 20 years. The result shows that the water resources in Haihe River basin is overexploited and this situation tends worsen continuously. The measures for elevating the water resources carrying capacity, such as reducing the per capita water consumption and construction of South to North Water Transfer Project, are suggested consequently.
