多环芳烃湿地生物处理规律研究及污染风险分析

摘    要:利用质量守衡理论、土壤屏蔽反应理论和Monod生物降解动力学理论,作者建立了定量描述多环芳烃湿地生物处理过程的数学模型。利用模型,本文定量预测了六环芳烃湿地生物降解的规律性及处理时间、处理终点。为考虑多环芳烃湿地生物处理的复杂性,本文利用Monte-Carlo法,进行了多环芳烃湿地生物处理污染风险分析,结果表明:在采用湿地现有生物处理方式的情况下,经过10年处理,土壤中六环芳烃不低于63.6%被降解的可能性为95%,此时土壤中继续污染外部环境的六环芳烃不超过97.8%的可能性为95%;将土壤中六环芳烃处理到生物降解终点所需时间不超过21.80年的可能性为95%,终点时被土壤不可逆屏蔽的六环芳烃不超过30.3%的可能性为95%。

Abstract:Based on the mass balance theory, soil sequestration theory and Monod kinetics theory, a mathematical model for describing the bioremediation process of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in wetland system is developed in this paper. The model is applied to predict the degradation behavior, the necessary treatment duration and the end-point of 6-ring-PAHs in wetland system. The contamination risk analysis for PAH bioremediation in wetland system is conducted using Monte-Carlo simulation technique. It is found that, after 10 years bioremediation, no greater than 63.6% 6-ring-PAHs in soil will be degraded with 95% probability, and no greater than 9.78% 6-ring-PAHs in soil will continue to contaminate bulk water with 95% probability. Furthermore, the necessary treatment duration for 6-ring-PAHs for reachig the end-point in soil will be not longer than 21.8 years with 95% probability, with the sequestration part in soil no greater than 30.3%.
