摘    要:为了计算三峡和清江两梯级水库群联合调度的补偿效益,为流域管理模式提供决策依据,本文以发电量最大和保证出力最大为目标,建立了梯级单独调度和系统联合调度二个数学模型。在相同计算条件下,采用一维、二维离散微分动态规划法,以及大系统分解协调法分别进行求解。计算结果表明,系统联合调度后增加电量1.826×106kW·h,增加保证电力440MW,补偿效益很显著。

Abstract:The mathematical models for calculating the power output of separate operation and jointly operation under cooperating dispatch of hydropower station groups in Three Gorges cascade and Qingjiang cascade are established respectively. The maximum guaranteed power and maximum power output are set as the objective of the models. The discrete differential dynamic program method and the large scale system decomposed coordinating method are adopted to solve the models. The results show that more than 1.826 billion kW·h of energy and 440MW guaranteed power obtained if the station groups in these two cascades are operated under cooperating dispatch. The compensation benefit is considerable.
