地下水库调蓄能力综合评价方法探讨

摘    要:本文从维护生态平衡与水资源可持续开发利用的角度定义了地下水库的调蓄能力,运用相关分析与灰色关联分析法相结合建立地下水库调蓄能力综合评价的指标体系。在此基础上,引入基于遗传算法的投影寻踪评价模型,发展了多指标体系的地下水库调蓄能力综合评价方法。实例应用表明,该方法切实可行,可操作性强,且能避免各评价因素权重确定的人为任意性。

Abstract:The regulation and storage capacity of underground reservoir is defined from the point of view of keeping ecological balance and sustainable development and utilization of water resources of the watershed. The grey relation analysis model is combined with correlation analysis to establish the index system for comprehensive evaluation of the capacity. The projection pursuit model is introduced to establish the method for evaluation. This model is applied to evaluate and optimize the regulation and storage capacity of the underground reservoirs in lower Liaohe plain. The result shows that the projection pursuit model is capable and effective in analyzing and evaluating the regulation and storage capacity of underground reservoir.
