钢纤维混凝土热性能及其防裂作用的研究

摘    要:本文通过一系列的钢纤维混凝土热性能及温度试验研究,得到了不同掺量钢纤维混凝土的绝热温升曲线,给出了不同掺量钢纤维混凝土的水化热温度及温度变形的时程线,揭示了钢纤维掺量与钢纤维混凝土的导热率之关系,最后得出钢纤维混凝土内的温度梯度小于对应的普通混凝土,有助于减小结构的温度应力,对防止混凝土表面开裂起到良好作用的结论。综合其的力学性质,作者认为:该材料对于温度应力具有早期“放“、后期“抗“的特点,在实际工程中充分利用钢纤维混凝土上述特性,做到物尽其用,符合环保与可持续发展的理念。

Abstract:In the past,while study on SFRC's resisting crack capability,the mechanical performance of SFRC was always considered more heavily than its thermal property.Several tests for its thermal behavior are carried out in this paper. The adiabatic hydration curves of SFRC with different steel-fiber mixed volume were obtained.The early temperature and its strain caused by hydrated heat are tested.We can conclude that the conductivity of steel-fiber concrete is superior to normal OPC.This behavior will be helpful to decrease temperature gradient and lessen surface thermal stress.Combined with mechanical and thermal behavior,SFRC are believed to have the characteristic of both releasing early thermal stress and lately crack resistance.
