地下水库的概念和设计理论

摘    要:本文介绍了地下水库的基本概念,提出了地下水库的储水介质分类法。在完善地下储水空间和水源两个基本建库条件的基础上,补充了地下水库的可持续、环境和生态3个建库条件。文中以王河地下水库为例,提出和介绍了地下水库的动态设计法,并认为地下水库的基本设计理论包括6个方面:地下水库建库理论、地下水水文学理论、地下水库回灌和开采理论、地下水库建筑物设计理论、地下水库环境保护设计和环境影响评价、地下水库经济效益分析和评价。

Abstract:The concept of groundwater reservoir was introduced and the water-storing medium classification method for groundwater reservoirs was proposed.Based on the analysis on two basic conditions,i.e.water-storing structure and water source,for building groundwater reservoir,three other basic conditions,such as sustainable development condition,environmental condition and ecological condition should be considered.The Wanghe groundwater reservoir was chosen as a case study,the dynamic design method of groundwater reservoir was put forward.The basic design theory of groundwater reservoir should include:theory for building groundwater reservoir,theory of groundwater hydrology,theory of recharge and exploitation of groundwater,design theory of buildings,environment protection design and evaluation of environment impact assessment,economic benefit analysis and evaluation.
