Abstract:This paper presents a 2 level decomposition coordination model for the optimal allocation of irrigation water with diversified crops in case of limited water supply.The first level of the model is designed to produce the optimal irrigation schedule of a single crop by using dynamic programming.The second level is used to solve the optimal allocation of irrigation water among crops.A case study shows that the model is reasonable and feasible.
