高浓度泥浆输送管道阻力及输送能力研究

摘    要:选择典型堤防淤筑工程与典型管道泥浆输送施工设备,采用现场观测方法对泥浆管道输送能力进行了试验研究。根据实测管道压力、流量、含沙量等资料进行高含沙水流阻力分析,取得了受雷诺数、含沙量影响的管道泥浆阻力系数变化规律,给出了阻力系数与综合泥浆因子间相关关系。在此基础上进一步分析了影响管道输送能力的主要因素,研究了管道泥浆流量与保持泥沙不沉积的有效输送距离间的制约关系。根据实际工程中管径、泥沙含量与颗粒组成对流量的影响,提出了能全面反映管道阻力特性的综合排距(有效输送距离)概念,建立了泥浆管道特征流量与综合排距的关系式,可供泥浆管道设计与泥浆管道施工定额编制时参考使用。

Abstract:The flow properties and carrying capacity of hyper concentration sediment flow in pipe are analyzed according to the in-situ observation data. The variation law of flow resistance related to the Reynolds number and sediment concentration as well as the relationship between resistance coefficient and comprehensive sediment factor are deduced. On this basis, the major factors affecting the carrying capacity are analyzed. The concept of available carrying distance is proposed. The relationship between muddy water discharge to be carried and the available carrying distance, in which the silt deposition in pipe will not happen, is established.
